Graze The Prairie Chili.

It's National Chili Day, so we thought we would share OUR favorite recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 2 Pounds Graze The Prairie Grass Fed Ground Beef

  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped

  • 1-14.5 oz Organic Canned Tomatoes (diced)

Directions:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add the ground beef, cook and break up the ground beef until it's almost done.

  • Add the chopped onion and cook until onion is translucent.

  • Add one packet Graze The Prairie Chile Seasoning Blend and cook for one minute stirring constantly.

  • Add tomatoes and 2 cups water.

  • Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 45 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

NOTE: Add beans, corn or hominy the last 15 minutes if you like. Serve with your favorite toppings like cheese, diced avocado, sour cream, warm tortillas etc.
