It's National Chili Day, so we thought we would share OUR favorite recipe.
2 Pounds Graze The Prairie Grass Fed Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1-14.5 oz Organic Canned Tomatoes (diced)
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef, cook and break up the ground beef until it's almost done.
Add the chopped onion and cook until onion is translucent.
Add one packet Graze The Prairie Chile Seasoning Blend and cook for one minute stirring constantly.
Add tomatoes and 2 cups water.
Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 45 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
NOTE: Add beans, corn or hominy the last 15 minutes if you like. Serve with your favorite toppings like cheese, diced avocado, sour cream, warm tortillas etc.
